TKO StaffPros, LLC formed and started operations in September 2018 by Mike and Andrea Jones. At that time, recruiting and marketing efforts were being handled out of a rented office space inside of MasterBuilt Electronics in Corinth, MS. There were no clients, leads, or existing prospects for TKO to start with initially. However, they did have the past experience of staffing in 37 cities, knowledge of clients needs, and a dream of starting a successful business.
The first few months were a grind. All business generated by TKO was by "old school" efforts that included cold calling, sales material handouts, and word of mouth advertising. It took roughly six months for momentum to pick up for TKO but once it did, they were off to the races.
Since then, temporary associate headcount is in the thousands and billing in the millions. Multiple office locations exist with new branch locations coming in 2023. TKO services clients in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas.
Backed by the experience Mike and Andrea have gained over years along with a fantastic internal staff within TKO StaffPros, they believe their service level meets or exceeds it's client's needs. WIthin their industry, there is no such thing as perfect service all the time. With that said, TKO believes they can communicate, react quickly, and provide the highest service poossible. They are proud of what they have built and are excited for what's to come.
